At Tacchi, our priority is unconditional customer satisfaction. If you wish to exchange your purchased item for a different size, color, or model, you can easily do so.
Change Transaction

For your exchange request, you can send the product to us within 7 days from the order date via Yurtiçi Kargo, using the shipping code “ 113 874 4265 ”.

Simply include a short note inside the box when you ship it back. In the note, you can specify which product/size/color you would like to exchange it for.

When the product arrives, it will be shipped to you as soon as possible, depending on stock availability.
Return Process

If you wish to return your product, you can send it to us within 7 days of the order date via Yurtiçi Kargo with the code " 113 874 4265 ".

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. When a refund is issued, the shipping cost will be deducted.

Returns are not accepted for products that cannot be resold.
Important Note
For exchanges or returns, the product must be returned unused, undamaged, and with its original box and accessories.
