Exchange & Return Conditions

At Tacchi, our priority is unconditional customer satisfaction. If you wish to exchange the product you purchased for a different size, color, or model, you can easily do so.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, you can send the product back to us within 3 days of the delivery date using Yurtiçi Kargo with the shipping code “113 874 4265”.

When returning the item, simply include a short note in the box. In the note, please specify which product/size/color you wish to exchange it for.

Once we receive the product, depending on stock availability, your desired item will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

Return Process

If you wish to return your product, you can send it back to us within 3 days of the delivery date using the Yurtiçi Kargo code “113 874 4265”.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns are not accepted for items that are no longer in a condition to be resold.

Important Note!

For exchanges or returns, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original box and with all accessories.

Please note that exchanges and returns are not available for international orders.
