User Manual

It takes approximately 24 hours for the moisture absorbed by the shoe to completely evaporate. Therefore, wearing your shoes every other day will help you use them in good condition for longer.

Shoes should not be left in humid environments. Products with metal buckles should be kept away from water and humid environments, otherwise they may rust. This is not covered by the return policy.

Please do not wash products that do not have the "washable" label. When cleaning your shoes, it is recommended to wipe away any existing dirt or mud with a slightly damp cloth. Unless a shoe explicitly states "waterproof," it may still be susceptible to water damage in rainy or snowy weather.

Leather shoes should be polished with dye of the same color as the shoe and natural polish. Stains that may appear on the shoe due to excessive foot perspiration and cannot be removed are not considered a manufacturing defect.

Damage such as scratches or tears caused by external factors like friction and impact are not considered manufacturing defects.
